The Missouri Sunshine Law provides that a public governmental body is to appoint
a custodian to maintain that body’s records and the identity and location of the
custodian is to be made available upon request; sets forth that a public governmental
body shall provide access to and, upon request, furnish copies of public records; and
provides that a public governmental body shall provide a reasonable written policy
regarding the release of information on any meeting, record or vote.

Custodian of Records
is Kendra Laudenslager and is located at 1702 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri 64126-3016.
The Custodian of Records responds to requests for access to or copies of a public
record according to the Sunshine Law. The fees charged for access to or furnishing
copies of records is 10 cents per page, plus an hourly fee for duplicating time.
It is the public policy of the District that meetings, records, votes, actions and
deliberations of the Board of Directors
are open to the public unless otherwise provided by law.
